Fees

 Given the university budget regulations, payment of the registration fees should be done before nov the 15th, deadline.

Virtual contributions will take the form of PowerPoint oral presentations and. they will be placed in the program as any normal on-site presentation. Although this is not mandatory, authors are expected to make themselves available on skype for discussion at the end of their presentation.

Virtual contributions are not possible for PhD students.

Attendees are people who do not make any contribution during the congress just wish to sit and listen.

Please note that the registration fees DO NOT include the meals. Please check that you have paid for the meals you wish to attend by consulting your registration page.

Meals prices

Friday lunch (11/12): 20 euros

Saturday lunch (12/12): 20 euros

Conference dinner (11/12): 40 euros.
